A Compass Private Exclusive allows a seller to privately market their home within the Compass network without immediately listing it on the public MLS.

For buyers, this can provide access to homes that you may not find on traditional home-search websites. These properties may be in the early stages of preparing for market, or the seller may simply prefer a more private selling experience.

Coming Soon listings are homes that are preparing to launch publicly but are being marketed through Compass before becoming fully active on the MLS.
